Red Moon Pizza is truly one of the best spots around. Not only is the food absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and made to perfection—but the customer service takes the entire experience to another level. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming and upbeat, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Even over the phone, the experience stood out. When I called, the employee took the time to go in depth about the store’s history and the owners, which made it feel so personal and genuine. He was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate—truly the best person you could have answering the phones. The team really makes the experience. They handle customer service like pros—attentive, friendly, and always making sure everything is just right. Whether they’re answering questions, making recommendations, or simply creating a positive atmosphere, their professionalism and energy stand out.
