High hopes based on others reviews, unfortunately very low quality food. Place seemed okay, lobby was a little cold. Food was comparable to an ihop on i35 at 4am. Just not too good. For literally the identical price I can get the same plate at First Watch with superb ingredients. Unfortunate. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Pulled up to Red River Cafe and it felt like one of those easy, no-fuss spots. The food is solid and comes out fresh, exactly what you want when you're just trying to enjoy a good meal. The vibe is laid back and comfortable, perfect for sitting down with friends or family. It's the kind of place where you can take your time and not feel rushed. Definitely a spot I'd come back to. Niche mom-n-pop cafe perfectly for breakfast or lunch. I love these one-off unique places as much as I hate a franchise restaurant. Food is good, campus atmosphere artsy, homey. Not too crowded at 1PM when I went, mostly young adults to middle aged. Five stars. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
