Fool me once shame on me fool me twice. I’m embarrassed to say this is the 3rd time I’ve tried the BG Red Robin to go and my garlic parm have like no garlic parm I wouldn’t be as mad if I didn’t pay extra for it when we done in, the garlic fries actually have garlic parm. I even tip $8-$10 just to pick up. Won’t happen again tho, learned my lesson. Food: 3 Service: 3

Its been awhile since we have been to Red Robin. We decided to try their yumm deal and it is a fabulous value for $9.99 you get a burger, side, and a drink. Good value for today's economy. Our server was fantastic. Very accommodating, friendly, and attentive. We had a fairly large group and they had no problem seating us quickly. They also split the bill without an issue, which is so strange that is a problem for some places now. Anyway, I ordered the Red's double with a lettuce wrap and broccoli. Husband ordered the double but with regular bun and bottomless fries. They immediately put an order in for more fries which was really nice. Food was hot and burger was fantastic. Not huge like their gourmet burgers but still filling. Atmosphere usual Red Robin, little messy on the floors, but the staff was friendly and seemed actually glad you came in! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for people low carb or keto.

My boyfriend and I went here on a date night. We stopped in at Red Robin because it was local and we got a late start. We were seated immediately, which was nice, and the burgers we ordered were pretty good. Unfortunately, the service was pretty bad. The host was more helpful than our waiter was. I needed more dipping sauce for my fries that the host finally brought after I walked up front and asked for it. Drink refills only came after the meal (definitely order a glass of water along with your beverage at this location!). Also, they advertise all you can eat fries, but nobody came to the table to refill them. The atmosphere was also really loud for a date night. I haven't been in a restaurant this loud in ages. There were a lot of yelling and running kids. I don't know if this particular restaurant is popular for families or what, but if you're looking to take a date here, I would definitely look elsewhere. We couldn't talk without yelling to each other. That and the disappointment of the waitstaff made for a pretty yucky date. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
