My family and I had a bad experience here today. When we arrived, the hostess was nowhere to be seen and all the other employees who were doing things up front ignored us. I understand people are busy of course but there was only 3 other tables with customers so it kind of felt like we were not welcome. Also, the kids Mac n cheese got two of my family members super sick as well as the red's tavern burger; our stomachs' have been hurting ever since lunch and we probably will not be back. Also, the booth we were in was very uncomfortable (right near the front), the cushion was broken. It felt like sitting on wood. Would have been better to sit at a table at that point! I am not trying to be rude but I think it's better to share so other's know more information when deciding where they would like to eat and if it's worth the price. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Waiter had no idea how to ring up the food. $40 of meals put in for $60. I had to show him the menu and the prices. It took him two different trips to get the price down. He was very friendly. Maybe it was a training issue but frustrating that they can't follow their own very well advertised deals. I can't tell if they do it on purpose just to see who notices or not. Check the bill carefully. What is this response? I didn't say anything about wait time. Now they have AI doing their responses? Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

We came here for a birthday and the staff was INCREDIBLE! We had 5 kids and after drinks were order the staff flooded the table with fries! This is a TBT of how Red Robin used to operate and I am so glad they are incorporating this again! Everything was order in a timely accurate manner and check ins were perfect, with drinks coming in without even asking! 10000/10 recommend this Red Robin! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
