Place is dying. I use to love RR. Salad was shot old lettuce, sent back. Reordered a crispy chicken sandwich, was raw! That was my last visit to RR. Arcade is king gone too I didn't eat dinner tonight.

I just left this restaurant, and oh boy was it a terrible experience! From the very start to the bitter end. The hostess sat us at a dirty table.. the waitress forgot to bring fries to the table before our food came out, even though she is the one who asked if we would like them.. then I found a hair in my pizza, wich I sent back immediately. They asked me probably 4 times if I wanted it remade, to which I said no each time. Then they said a manager would be notified, I saw no sign of said manager. No one ever came out to talk to us about it. They just voided the one item from the ticket and brought it to the table. I dont think i have had a worse experience. It is almost laughable. And may seem made up, but i assure you, this was my exact experience this afternoon.. i wish there was even 1 good thing I could say. But it is what it is.. just wanted to put it out there for future potential customers to know about. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A dirty table on arrival, forgotten fries, and then a hair found in your pizza — all without a manager ever coming out to speak with you directly — is absolutely not the experience we want any guest to have. Great food at a decent price. The hamburgers and onion rings are awesome! But our server Aaron was the best of all! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60
