Red Robin seems to be going downhill. You still get unlimited fries with most items, however it costs more, and I mean much more if you want to upgrade to garlic fries, side salad, etc. for other refills (one time extra charge). Twice I was there asked for a refill of a side Caesar salad and when it came it was warm like it came from the warming unit, and the bowl that it was in was very warm too, I would thing a health code violation. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

We had probably about 15 people for a birthday everything went smooth fast and efficient I feel is absolutely amazing everything was hot and fresh or server was amazing can't remember her name but she was awesome. what's funny to is that this is my first time eating at this location I'm definitely going back. 10 out of 10 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

We had such a wonderful experience at Red Robin in Kent today! The service was absolutely top-notch from the moment we walked in. Mr. Terrell provided exceptional service—he was courteous, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable right away with his warm, customer-focused attitude. He was also outstanding throughout our visit—cheerful, attentive, and full of positive energy. He checked on us regularly to make sure everything was perfect, and his genuine care truly elevated our dining experience. It’s rare to come across service that attentive and sincere. The food was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service. Mr. Terrell is truly a great representative of Red Robin and made our visit memorable. Thank you for such a great experience—we’ll definitely be back!
