Food tonight was yum, RR Chickens are a great flavour. I’d rather pay few extra dollars for RR chickens above the supermarket ones!! The young lady at RR tonight was smiling, polite, great customer service. I didn’t catch her name, she has been on shift when I’ve picked up before & is always the sameThe Bathurst store is looking good with the updated paint job!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great experience overall. The food was fresh and served quickly, and the staff were friendly and efficient even during busy periods. The store was clean and well-maintained, which made the visit even better. Red rooster Bathurst just lost an $80 order all because they can't answer their phones, I called 36 times and had no answer what so ever... I'm sorry but if they can't answer their phone for a simple question then I do not want to try their food services POOR COMUNICATION, POOR MANAGEMENT, POOR BUSINESS.... I will not be waisting my time here ever again and looking at all these other comments no one should experience bad service as what they have at Red Rooster Bathurst, and other comments ask how are they still open... I 100% agree $87.70 in KFC's pocket instead order comfirmed and on its way. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $80–100
