I was particularly impressed with the employees. An elderly man (appeared over 80+ years) was served whilst I was eating. The employees were very patient whilst explaining the menu and drinks items kindly and politely. When his food was ready, they brought it to his table. I wish there was more of this in the world. Your team are compassionate and kind. I wish them all the best and encourage them to continue spreading kindness in every interaction. Please let them know this and that it hasn't gone unnoticed. Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Hi Solange, this is the kind of feedback that deserves to be shared with the team. The patience and kindness shown to the elderly customer clearly made a real impression while you were dining in. Explaining the menu carefully, speaking politely, and bringing his food to the table are thoughtful actions that go beyond simply completing an order. I've been to this store many times considering I don't live close by and it is my favourite in all Melbourne Staff member Ruby is the courteous and reliable and most of all very friendly to her customers which is important to me. The food is always perfect to my standards Price per person: A$40–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Didn’t think i’d get fine dining service at red rooster but i did. Recommend this place for how nice the bloke who served me was. Havent had experience like this at a fast food joint in my life! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
