Red Rooster Chullora

Hi there, it’s great to hear the chicken was a highlight and that you also enjoyed the chips themselves, particularly after returning to Red Rooster after such a long time. We’re sorry the rest of the experience was more mixed, with the wait, the order being read back incorrectly, the chip portion and the garlic bread all affecting your overall impression. We’ll raise the portioning and garlic bread feedback with the team, along with the order-handling concerns you described at the drive-through. We appreciate the detail you’ve provided, including the photos, and regret that the sides left you feeling reluctant to order them again.

Hi Christine, thank you for your feedback on your recent experience. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the food & service. We can't wait to see you in-store again soon!
