We went to Noranda Red Rooster to order family roast. Veges were two packets of pumpkin and carrots. What we received were 2 packets of just roast potatoes, and very limited amount in each packet which could easily have fitted into one packet. Went back to receive more veges or a discount only to be sent home empty handed take it or leave it attitude! Menu changed apparently 6 months ago but still advertise full mix of veges. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND ALSO REDUCED AMOUNT YOU RECEIVE IN JUST THE ONE VEGE IS SO LITTLE. BASICALLY PAYING FOR 2 PACKETS OF ROAST VEGES BUT GETTING UNDER ONE PACKET IN TOTAL OF JUST ROAST POTATOES! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH BAD ATTITUDE FROM MANAGER AND FALSE ADVERTISING AND RIP OFF! DON'T GO TO NORANDA ERED ROOSTER! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
