Rude staff who was working all on his own and gave me a small little box that was missing half of what it was supposed to come with. worst red rooster ive ever been to Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I usually eat at this restaurant, and the food is generally good. However, today my experience was not satisfactory. The potatoes were cold, dry, and excessively salty and oily. The chicken wasn't properly browned; it was too dark and tasted strongly of reheated oil, which significantly affected the quality of the dish and made it unpleasant. I'm sharing this feedback in the hopes that you can improve, as I'm a regular customer and value the service at this establishment. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I had my daughter with me who is very sensitive to noise and the staff were happy to turn the music off while we ordered and had a feed. This is actually a rare thing and 90% of retail venues aren't willing or the staff simply can't turn off some inane background music that literally no one is listening to so that someone with sensory issues can shop or eat with everyone else. So a big thumbs up to the guys and gals at Red Rooster in Northbridge for being understanding and so chilled out. You guys are always welcome in Atreusland! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
