You will not be disappointed with the brisket sandwich. I lived in Memphis for 8 years and worked at a bbq restaurant for 3 smoking meats. This brisket was cooked to perfection, but this is the thing when I ordered I was not asked if you would like anything on the sandwich and I was too busy to remember to ask to have coleslaw put on top. Because it the meat was fabulous and the hot bbq was delicious but it was missing some veggies. I think they should ask if you want it on it, it’s so much better that way. I got the Mac n cheese side and I loved the cheese and the flavor all bomb. Food 5/5 service 3.5/5 atmosphere 3.5/5 it’s kinda like a dinner inside but small, although clean and pleasant. I have been craving BBQ for the past couple of days and was so happy to find out that there is a new place, Redwood City Barbeque, literally around the block from me. I love how they have the pit right outside, so you know that you're getting freshly done BBQ. Boy was it delicious. I had a Try Tip meal, it came with 2 sides (I chose beans & Cole Slaw) and a slice of garlic bread. The Trip Tip was cooked perfectly and tasted absolutely divine. I was also pleasantly surprised at how good their slaw tasted. I went in a little before they were closing, so they were out of a few things, totally understandable since it was so near to closing. The customer service gal was awesome and I believe it was the owner, he was awesome and friendly as well. I am definitely going back!
