I don't recommend the steak unless you want a tough, tasteless piece of meat for $40. It had 0 seasoning as did the vegetables it came with. The French fries were actually nicely seasoned and much better tasting. The Mai Tai drink was good although pricey at $16. The server was nice but didn't check in till way later after she brought the food although we were the only other customers besides one booth by ours. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

We ate here twice during our week hotel stay. The 1st night we ate here the chef had an emergency and we had to wait like 30 minutes to order our entrees. Fries were great. Burgers were almost raw. I had the avocado chicken sandwich it was ok but barely had any avocado on it. They added a tip to the total which I didn't notice until after I cashed our so our server got a 50% tip. It was really dark but still my fault. We ate another night even though we were not impressed the 1st time because it was pouring out and tired from a long week. Appetizers we got were hummus and the giant pretzel. Both were good. I did the caprese style salad which was refreshing .Two at our table got the salmon both had undercooked portions. Another had pasta dish which they thought was very good, another had ribs and ribs were decent but they put them right on the fries so she didn't like that the fries got smothered in sauce and a little soggy. They had live music the 2nd time and it was really loud we sat behind the partition and it was still way too loud. It was a Wednesday night so not like it was the weekend. Service was also slow seemed like the manager was doing everything and we didn't even get offered drink refills. We knew that the tip was on there the 2nd time so didn't make that mistake again. While I’m glad you enjoyed the fries, hummus, giant pretzel, and caprese‑style salad, I’m very sorry that other parts of your experience missed the mark. Undercooked burgers and salmon, an avocado chicken sandwich with minimal avocado, ribs served directly on top of fries, slow service, and very loud live music are all issues that fall short of our standards. I also apologize for the confusion around the added gratuity and that you were not offered drink refills. We are reviewing your comments with our culinary and service teams to address food preparation, plating, pacing, communication about gratuity, and music volume. I've been staying at Doubletree for several weeks for work. Everytime I come To Redz Restaurant Wayne and the staff are always so kind and welcoming. I have ordered the salmon about 4 times and everytime I have it I enjoy it even more than the time before. Definitely recommend stopping by whether you're staying at the hotel or just in the area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
