Today, 11/15, I went to O Rei da Costela, as it is my custom to buy at the establishment, and I have always received very good service from the staff and Ms. Luciana, who, by the way, is a very polite girl and takes care of her customers... But I was disappointed. with assistance from an employee Vanessa who didn't have even a hint of politeness when assisting me, the telemarketing girl came yelling that she didn't sell 400g as usual to buy that quantity and I didn't know that she only sold above weighing 500 g. rude and uneducated...A person like that cannot work with the public....My rating is always 10 for the establishment and the people who work there...But my rating for Vanessa is 0... Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
