If I'm not mistaken, her name is Leidiane. The shopping mall was full, all the stores were full, all the cafes, everything was full. There was a young man attending, and in a very calm and friendly way. There was a queue and I saw him serve politely, including a lady who was very nervous due to the price announced and the amount charged, he was calm and polite answering all the questions, but this employee was always stressed and demanding more agility from him, and he did what he did. your role there. Before he served me, she had already tried to pull him away from the register (I saw it when I was in line), and he refused, and when he was serving me, politely, she simply pulled him away from the register, pushing and yelling, I almost left, if If it weren't for everything being so full and my hungry baby would have gone.
