Terrible customer service. I rarely do reviews but I found the attention of the short-haired boy who was no more than 1.68 who was serving me today, 03/09/2024 at approximately 5:40 p.m., incredible. I've only been there for a few minutes but it was enough for me to never go again. At the request of a friend I went to ask if there was any small cake, when I arrived the boy who was next to the cash register was on the phone taking an order, he saw me arrive, and looked at me (that is, he found out that I was there) and when he has taken note and finished the call he has gone to collect (whose cash register is next door), and he has attended to the person who arrived later when I had been there before and was waiting patiently. I told him that I was going first and that I thought he was asking where he was, and he told me with a despotic attitude “no, it's here”, proceeding to attend to the person who arrived later, immediately after asking the question. The three of us were waiting for who is next, which seemed to me somewhere between absurd and basic logic. I tell him, and I look at him with a look like you're hesitating, I proceed to ask him what he wanted and didn't have it. The fact that they did not have the products is acceptable, however, the entire despotic attitude he had during those few minutes was unpleasant. Honestly I was going to buy a small cake because my friend asked me to but I would never go back, there are more bakeries that at least treat you with a basic education, I have worked in customer service for several years and that is not the attitude, my advice to If you frequent that place, and you don't like the treatment, you should put up complaint forms, I didn't put it up because in my life I plan to return and I don't live in that area, but if you do it and you come across this type of people in customer service , make complaint forms, more than anything because otherwise things don't change. I have found out that this person has been around for quite a few years and his attitude, from what I am told, is always the same: despotic attitude.
