My wife and I were blown away by the service here. Christine waited on us and truly made the whole visit worth it for us. She suggested the beets and hummus, which we tried in spite of both of us hating beets. The whole dish was delicious. Cocktails were innovative and well balanced. We will definitely be back. The heart and soul of Republica, Lexi, the owner, is a remarkable host who exudes passion for her establishment and her patrons. Her welcoming demeanor sets the tone for an enjoyable dining experience, where you feel like part of a larger community rather than just another customer. During my visit, I was fortunate to have Hailey as our waitress whose service was impeccably attentive and genuinely friendly.
