We went to dinner Friday April 26 To begin with, a 10 minute wait before being welcomed to a table. Not even a “good evening” or “someone look after you?” ". Once seated at our table, the dinner went rather well until the manager made you feel a lack of professionalism and consideration. We ordered a bottle of Pic St Loup to start, then when we decided to order a second, the manager took almost 15 minutes to attend to our table. (Very busy answering voicemails behind the bar, while customers wait with empty glasses). At €65 a bottle of wine, it’s a real lack of respect for customers). The room was full, but the smoke breaks and messages were more important than the customers themselves. (Every 10min) When I ordered the second bottle, he didn't have the courage to tell us that there was no more and didn't even remember that I had asked for a new bottle. (It was the waiter himself who had to do this and take over at our table given the total absence of the manager). Another table located near the bar was able to hear this manager arguing on the phone in his ear, obviously in front of the room and the customers (very average) then he openly attacked the 2 servers once again in front of the customers, so How impeccable and very helpful they were! The aggressive and I don't care behavior of the manager leads us to recommend that you carry out cocaine screening tests on your employees. Signs do not lie ! Finally, the food was good but the service is not at all up to par with the restaurant.
