We had the pleasure of working with Per for our wedding reception dinner, held on the Island of Oland. Per created and curated a 5 course meal (3x appetizers & 2x mains), as well as 4x different canapes. This after a consultation regarding our desired flavours and dishes, as well as 4x different canapes. He prepared most of the food at restaurang L in Kalmar, and arranged for the remainder to be cooked, plated and served at the reception venue. He took help from a team of talented chefs/servers. All food came out looking beautiful, and tasted the like. Guests of the wedding said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding, and the canapes were immensely popular. Per was easy to work with, and he is a very, very talented chef. I would reccomend him as the chef for anyone planning a wedding in the area. Thank you Per, for making our reception dinner what it was! It went down in history as the best food with most attention to detail!
