Having frequented this restaurant for many years, I was somewhat disconcerted by the recent changes since the change of ownership. Formerly a place dedicated to Turkish cuisine, the restaurant has now adopted a fusion approach with Congolese influences. While I welcome the idea of diversifying the menu, I noticed a certain lack of consistency in the execution of the dishes. It seems that the new owners do not come from a culinary background, which is reflected in the general quality of the dishes and the service. Additionally, the fact that the restaurant still retains the name of its Turkish predecessor may cause confusion for regular customers. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that most of the dishes no longer seemed to be home-cooked, which was clearly reflected in their bland and tasteless taste. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a kebab spit that looked like it had been sitting there for several days, giving the impression that it came from an industrial source rather than artisanal. This left me feeling disappointed in the quality of the ingredients used. It is undeniable that the new owners have their work cut out for them to rediscover the authenticity and delicious taste that this restaurant was once known for. I therefore recommend taking concrete measures to improve the freshness and quality of the dishes served. As things currently stand, I can only advise against this address! Force to the new owners, it is always a challenge to take over an establishment. Hoping that constructive criticism will help you move forward. I have eaten there a few times without any particular taste expectations and it is OK in this context. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3
