We stayed in a room that was not restored. It lacked maintenance. We had problems with the bathroom, which was solved very kindly by the hotel staff. We also had problems with the bathroom light and we bathed with cold water in winter. Taking this out, the hotel is very well located. The breakfast and the staff's attention are very good. We were here over New Year's Eve. The food and service, as well as the menu on New Year's Eve was great. Everything was completely stress-free. There were 5 alpine huts set up in the inner courtyard that you can rent for eating. The hotel has an older and newer building. The rooms in the old building are still functional and beautiful. We would like to thank the entire Sonne team and wish everyone a good, healthy year 2024.
