One order away from home for 6 people. The food was picked up and unfortunately we immediately discovered that we had received the wrong dish. (A vegetarian gets a salad with meat instead of cheese)...super annoying. Called, explained the situation. Orders were made by number using the restaurant's online menu. The error was then returned to the customer; there would be a new card. I find it very strange to argue with a customer like that. Why not just say "sorry, we're sorry, please come over, we'll sort everything out and show ourselves appropriately"... If there is a new map, why isn't it online? The fault is clearly with the restaurant. Unfortunately we had to go there and have another discussion about who was responsible. It took some time until the salad was ready, even though we had already called. To eat: Unfortunately very small portions, not reasonably priced. Quality mediocre. We also discovered that we hadn't paid the prices on the menu (online on the homepage), but sometimes 2-3 euros more per dish. Conclusion: Quality, quantity and service were not appropriate. We were there at Easter, the first day after the renovation of the kitchen, it was just great, the food was absolutely great, the service was good and fast. We'd love to come back.
