Restaurante L'Opéra

"Hello Jan O'Neill, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We want to clarify that we always try to offer alternatives when certain products are not available, and we strive to clearly communicate the prices. In your case, our waitress suggested Zacapa rum, which is indeed more expensive due to its superior quality. We understand that this might have been confusing, and we apologize for that. We will ensure to be more transparent in the future to avoid any misunderstandings. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with a more satisfying experience. Best regards
