A truly excellent restaurant outside the centre of Rome, which we discovered thanks to The Fork app. And we would have missed out on a great taste experience, as the confirmed reservation through The Fork app was cancelled 2 days before our Saturday visit. Unfortunately, this was repeated on our second booking attempt and it was only after a phone call to Retro Restaurant that we were able to book a table for Saturday night on our third attempt. And we really didn't regret the trip to the outskirts of Rome, all the dishes from the starters through to the primi and secondi piatti were excellently prepared, tasty and beautifully arranged on the plates. The French-style duck leg was a delicacy. Great selection of fine wines. We enjoyed our meals here more than in some of the restaurants in central Rome that are recommended in the Michelin Guide and have the Bib Gourmand designation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
