Unfortunately you had communication problems with our trainee Fiona. We regret that very much. In Switzerland it is illegal to take photos of people without their consent. This is all the more serious if the person is under 18 and therefore a minor. Posting this photo on the Internet with names and insults is an absolute no-go. We would like to urge you to remove the photo from the internet immediately. It has been reported to Google, and we also went to the police today and filed a complaint.
