Food was mediocre, although i got a chicken sandwich. Rick's is acutally known for their burgers... A bit pricey, Not too many other options in area. Food was made to order quick and easy. If your an oldies music person you would appreciate Rick's Famous Juicy Burgers.. I love going here! I think the shakes are even better than 5 guys, the staff are very friendly and helpful, i love that the chairs are easy to move out of the way (i use a power wheelchair that elevates to table height), the fries and burgers are always spot on! No step entry, I'm able to fit through all doors, although no automatic push buttons for those that may require them. The only thing i sometimes struggle with (if i bring my manual wheelchair instead of my power wheelchair) is getting my drink myself as it's on an elevated island at standing height which makes it difficult for me to reach. I love that they also have a screen to order from for those with vision issues or hearing imparements, or just bad anxiety. I highly recommend this place!
