The lady in front is unprofessional. My sister ordered first with Jajngmyun and the lady in front charge her while she was on the phone with someone. When I ordered next, she just kept shoving the machine infront of me even though I wanted to order more and kept talking on the phone. A few mins later, my order was done but my sister didn't get her order and the lady denied that she charged her and kept insisting that she didn't order anything. It's a good thing she had the proof of charge on her phone. Overall, she is rude and has no good customer service attitude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad customer service. I approached the lady and ordered the jjajangmyoen with a drink she was staring at me the whole time she was on the phone and charged me for the food I ordered. My siblings were there and they ordered after me. She made their food and not mine then proceeded to tell me I didn’t order and that it was unavailable. I showed her the charge that I had on my phone and she was denying that she did, she didn’t even say sorry. In the end she gave me my refund with an unpleasant facial expression. I would’ve accepted if she offered to make me something else but this whole ordeal just left a bad taste in my mouth. Service: 1
