We have had food from here before and it was decent. Today they lost a customer after this experience. Mildly busy around 12 for Father's Day. Placed an order in store, waited for about 10-15 minutes and received the order. Got home and checked the bag and half the order was missing. The food that was in the bag was , with no other way to describe it, awful and inedible. Every single item in the bag was cold. I am not a picky eater at all, I couldn't even find one thing that didn't taste or look like it was sitting out for hours. The chicken was plastic tasting and the batter had a weird smell. The fries and tater tots were completely soggy. The biscuits, which are our go to were so bad the kids didn't even want them. I tried one and understood why, they were tasteless and dry. As I said we have had food here before that was decent but this was incredibly bad. For items that you could duplicate with store bought groceries and microwave for a better experience this was beyond belief. Just hit one of the many other options for chicken and biscuits in the area and don't waste your money here. The taglines of Righteous Chicken and Southern Biscuits are a joke. This place was amazing, and they greet you when you walk in when you're at the Machines trying to figure out what you're going to order. They come around and ask, do you need any assistance? Is everything okay? I love this place. They were really fast, normally. They don't be fast. But this batch of people that you have now are amazing. They make sure you get your order in the timely manner. And they are so nice and kind. I appreciate them and putting a love and effort into my food and pouring into all the customers as they come here. Thank you Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
