It was perplexing to see that pizzas, which were claimed to be ready in about 10 minutes, and some spaghettis were being served to patrons who ordered after us. However, the explanation from the waitress was that 1. Spaghetti takes much much longer to prepare 2. those people came before us, but not seated inside until later on. Ok so - Why did a gentleman who ordered pizza and a lady who ordered spaghetti receive their meals simultaneously, while we waited for an hour for our dish?
Was the pizza initiated 50 minutes post the spaghetti? Clearly not. Their explanation doesn't seem plausible to me.
The fact is - I observed a staff member from the kitchen delivering three bowls of spaghetti in 30 minutes, and ours - an entire hour.
I hadn't intended to pen down a review, but the ordeal not only cost me my time but also ruined my afternoon. The discomfort in my stomach was so severe that I found it challenging to walk.
If there are HUGE disparities in serving times for different dishes on the same menu, it's only courteous to inform your customers in advance!
I would only hope my food was bad because they rushed the cooking rather than they are using bad food! Otherwise, they are serving bad food with slow speed, unapologetic manners, and arrogance. Definitely a -1 out of 5.
This is so far the worst Holland restaurant I have ever had.
