Great place right on the gulf. The service team is top shelf. Tim and Tori were staff members worth getting to know. Life is about choices always choose the St Regis in Longboat Key. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ll start with the positive. IF you eat outside the atmosphere is lovely (for dinner). Our server was incredibly polite and no doubt fell short due to restaurant staff or lack thereof. But from the moment we sat down it was obvious that the experience was not going to be a good one. From lack of place settings, long waits for awful wine, cold hot food etc etc etc it was a complete disaster. I expect more from a St Regis property. Frankly, this property is a sham. I’m sure mangement would blame it on difficulty finding staff which I’m sure might be an issue but the staff they do have is poorly trained. The lobby bar is another example of that. When you dine in the restaurant parking should be comped. This St Regis is a disgrace to the brand. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Riva at St. Rigis was absolutely spectacular. I went with my friend to celebrate her birthday, and we had a blast. The food was incredible, all the pasta is made in house makes it even better, and you can taste just all the flavors it’s so good. The dessert deserves its own moment because it was genuinely the best dessert I’ve ever had. Completely unforgettable. I also tried both of the mocktails, and they were fantastic. The location is another huge plus. It’s so close to the beach and surrounded by other bars and spots, making it perfect for walking around and turning dinner into a full event if you want to take a walk after or get drinks at one of the bars beforehand. Everything about Riva is stunning the atmosphere, the food, the experience. I can’t recommend it enough. Price per person: $80–90 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
