We often do pick up orders from Rivals and usually they are spot on but lately they haven’t been. Food is always good I’ll give them that and that’s when you get it….last month…yes last month I ordered wings and a salad on a Friday (a busy day) and I got home….no salad….i asked them just to refund it no biggy, they said they can’t it’s the manager that has to do it she will call you back the following week…it’s been a month….no phone call. No refund. Also astonished as busy of a sports bar that it is there is no manager on duty on a weekend…that’s poor service. And poor management. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely terrible..Always,always get a taco salad. Last night it was delivered to the table, a plate with nachos, lettuce and a container of sour cream. I asked where the taco sauce and beans and meat where and Breana looked at me like I was nuts. She took the plate back and 13 mins. Later it was returned with some seasoned meat across the top of it. Now, I'm mad. When she finally came back I told her this was not a taco salas! I told her I didn't want it and asked for a lg. order of fries. 15 mins later....I got my fries..WHICH WE HAD TO PAY FOR!!!!!!
