We arrived around 7:30PM, and then we were accommodated, it was fast since we already have a reservation, for a birthday celebration to be specific. It was disappointing because the food choices were very limited and were almost out of stock when we arrived, we were expecting that it'd be refilled as the buffet is until 10PM as stated in their service. But as early 8:30PM, most of the food were not available already. We paid ₱4Kplus but I guess we're only able to consume around almost half of what we paid for. The salad was empty. The pizza wasn't available already. Most of the "lutong bahay" food looks delicious but tastes bland. Dessert available was only ice cream and the mini cakes. Not worth our money. For its price, we could've spent it on a different resto instead. Lol. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱500–1,000

I would like to share my recent experience at RJ’s Buffet in Hotel Villa Caceres. I have been staying at this hotel every time I come home to Bicol, and I always bring my family with me to enjoy breakfast here. I used to really love their buffet, which is why this visit was very disappointing. During breakfast, I noticed cockroaches in several places around the buffet area — on the coffee mugs, under the food trays, on the tables, and even inside the cheese tray. I have attached a sample photo showing a cockroach on the cheese that was being served to guests. Aside from the hygiene issue, the food options were also much fewer compared to before. I mean no harm with this review because I have always enjoyed staying at this hotel in the past, which is why this experience was very surprising and disappointing. I hope the management can address these cleanliness concerns and improve the buffet so guests can feel comfortable dining here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
