Less than 10 minutes walk from The ROW is this mom and pop Mexican Taco shop. We got adobada, carne asado, and fish tacos. The carne asado was a bit tough. The adobada was nicely charred and seasoned. The fish was perfectly deep fried. For about $5 each they were huge tacos. Other items on their menu were fairly priced. Much cheaper than eating at the casino food courts. Food was great but my only complaint would be the air circulation. It wasn’t warmth the heater but stuffy from being no air circulation and then you got the kitchen cooking. I was hesitant to get anything from the salsa bar and their pickled veggies because the cart didn’t seem cold. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered. A chorizo and egg burrito. There was so little chorizo that it did not even taste like chorizo. I went to the counter to talk to the worker. The cook came out and said he put 1 oz of chorizo in there he states that those are his instructions and it's pre- measured.and in my opinion 1 oz is ridiculous for a super burrito. The size of the burrito was a very decent size, but the flavor was not there. A very faint hint of chorizo and that was not acceptable. The cheese enchilada tasted like they used mole sauce. That was not what was expected in enchilada should have enchilada sauce on it. The size was good but the flavor and what I expected was not. The nachos were good. Flavorful and the right amount of toppings and flavor. Salsas were not flavorful. Right okay I'm done Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Well established chain taco shop. Most locations are in San Diego and Las Vegas. Very busy, very popular. If you want the good stuff, wait in the long line. I was born and raised in San Diego and used to live around the corner from Roberto's#3. First Roberto's taco shop in the chain. This is the real deal. No tiny burritos with beans rice and lettuce. Big burritos with meat, Pico de Gallo and guacamole. Just like back home. That being said, this is not really fast food, it's comfort food. If you want fast, look elsewhere. If you want the authentic flavor of real walk up taco shop Mexican food, it's here. The line is long and last time I looked they weren't open 24hrs yet. The demand is still much bigger than the supply. I met the Roberto's chain owner. All ingredients are the same as the other locations. No corners cut here. Parking is horrible. Parking has kept me away from other businesses in this same place. Insider tip, park at Walgreen's and walk over.It's only a matter of time before another couple Roberto's taco shops pop up in the Reno area.
