I used to frequent this restaurant a lot, however, I decided to go there a week ago as I had not been there in a while and was quite disappointed in the quality of the food and portion size. I ordered baked chicken which tasted a day old and the piece of chicken was very small, the corn tasted old and the corn bread was hard. Mac and cheese was just ok. Very disappointed as this is supposed to be a Soul Food restaurant. You expect better. The price ended up being a little over $19 with a side of dessert. I would have been ok with the price if the food was good. Please get back to the quality you used to have. I am posting this review because I hope you do better. Disappointed! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

We just came from the other restaurant owned by Tony and we’re dissatisfied because we were unable to get oxtails but because my friend recommended it highly and I’ve been craving oxtails we took the extra drive and came down. Wouldn’t believe it nastiest attitude by young lady by the name of Sierra and you wouldn’t believe she was the manager just quite nasty and I won’t go into a long, detailed story, but she was horrible, rude continuously, and then set the oxtails on the table and threw them away. Yes guy she threw them away although the food was great. I will never come here again my friend recommends this place highly she even uses it for church events you just never know who you’re dealing with in business black exits, please thank you kindness and smiles. Go a long way to God be the glory. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The food is pretty good they just don't give you a lot The portions are very small for what you pay for. I have found that when a female buy food the portions are small, but when a male buys food the server will give them larger portions So why not treat every customer the same? I don't know if I'll be going back to Robert's Restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
