On my way back to Miami, I parked my car right in front of this shop because I wanted to buy a few short cigars for the drive back to Miami. I had already visited other cigar shops on Duval Street and decided to stop here as well. At first, the lady who helped me was very friendly. I explained that I was looking for short cigars, not long or thick ones. She kindly showed me several options, including a sealed pack with Arabic writing. From the way it was presented, I honestly understood that the cigars cost about $9. I usually buy similar cigars for around $14 or $15, so I simply thought I had found a good deal. I also decided to buy a match case and a cigar cutter. When it was time to pay, she turned the screen toward me and I saw the total was $111. I was obviously surprised. She immediately said the price difference was because of the taxes. I then asked if those were not the cigars that cost about $9. At that moment, her expression changed completely. "Are you crazy?" she asked. I immediately apologized four or five times and explained that I had simply misunderstood the price. It was an honest mistake on my part. I decided not to buy the expensive package and instead purchased three small cigars, along with the match case and the cigar cutter. Despite how uncomfortable I felt, I completed my purchase because I didn't want to create a scene. Unfortunately, her attitude never changed. She just shook her head, became cold and unfriendly, and treated me as if I had done something wrong. I never imagined that a simple misunderstanding about a price could end with being treated that way. A polite explanation would have been more than enough. This was the only unpleasant experience I had during my entire vacation in the Florida Keys. Every other business I visited treated me with kindness and professionalism. I will always remember my trip fondly, but unfortunately this store was the one exception.

Alexandros took great care of us!! Even allowed us to stay well past closing and he was very knowledgeable about the cigars. This is a must see if you are into cigars or hookah (there are also cocktails and beverages) This will definitely be a regular spot for us when we visit again. Price per person: $50–60 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Bought some cigars and had a drink at the Robusto Bar. Enjoyed the cigars, the drinks and the cool environment.
