I have been coming there for years and enjoy the food, specially the soup. The last 3 visits have been very disappointing because the wait staff were rude. When leaving, we spoke to a group in the parking lot who said they were treated poorly especially by a tall young man. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

We held my dad's Celebration of Life at the Rochester Inn, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. These events are never easy to plan, especially on short notice, and I had no idea how many people would attend. I estimated fewer than 40, but many more came—a true testament to the lives my dad touched. Karen was absolutely wonderful. She took care of everything, from setting up a special table for our family to quietly bringing out more food when we started running low. I didn't even have to ask—she simply handled it all, allowing us to focus on being with family and friends. The staff was quick to respond when I first called to inquire, and everyone was kind, professional, and compassionate throughout the process. Since the Rochester Inn was my dad's favorite place to eat, it was the perfect place to honor his memory. Thank you to Karen and the entire team for making such a difficult day a little easier. We are truly grateful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
