So this was our 2nd time trying out Rocky Rococo after experiencing a huge mishap around a month ago & vowing to never return. This last time went online and ordered our usual, EXTRA Italian sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon & onions. Also, extra cheese & stuffed crust. We've been eating there on Capitol for years & have never had a problem. When the delivery driver gets to us, nice guy, put again, pizza and bread sticks not in a freaking warming bag. That is a No No. Don't care if you're doing Doordash or not. Breadsticks are fine. But when we open the pizza box there was so many things wrong. No Italian sausage. No double cheese and the worse of all absolutely no stuffed crust. I then decide to call the store in hopes to get an explanation from a store manager. Well the man who eventually got on the line (after several times calling there resulting in no answer) and he's straight rude to me. Interrupting when I'm trying to explain the ordeal. Told me that they were out of stuffed crust and sausage & I just had to deal with it. Wow, what is going on with Rocky Rococo? Namely the one on Capitol drive? Like they just don't care anymore. How dare he get upset with me when I was speaking so kindly to him? Frustrating. I'll try to post a Pic attached of what we were given. No sausage. No extra cheese. No stuffed crust. No customer service

Slow, served me undercooked pizza and overcooked pasta.Watery pasta with extra noodle water. Pizza was more on packaging than anything. Very oily bread sticks and hard as well. No true Rocky’s flavor tbh. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

The person at the counter kept turning around to yell profanities and the other employees. I had to state my order three separate times because she kept stopping to talk to other employees instead of taking the 30 seconds to talk to me. HIGHLY unprofessional Service: 1
