We've ordered rhodos last night. For delivery. I got a ravioli, my lady got lasagna. We also ordered Greek salad. Hummus and steak. But she said something off about her lasagna. I tried and it was sour. Gross sour. I couldn't even keep chewing had to spit it out...I'd say this was a one off. Everything was fine.we called. Complained. They said the manager was not in. That they'd call us back. No call. Call again today. And they basically said well nobody else is complaining. What?!? I don't think that's the point here. Either way. Got heated pretty quick cause they didn't wanna hear us out and hung up. Way to go rhodos.
What really pisses me off tho is that. We ordered about 2 years ago. And same thing. Everything was good. But my ravioli was sour. I didn't care at the time. But now. Figured I'd put something about it here.
So hit and miss. They gotta work on fixing these situations. Rather than....nobody else is complaining
