As a well-known chain, we knew what to expect. However, the service was disappointing. The staff member couldn't clearly explain the current specials or what they included, which made ordering quite confusing. I wanted to customise my meal by adding extra protein and other add-ons, but she didn't seem to know how to process those requests. Another unexpected surprise was a 2% petrol surcharge that was added to every item on the bill, which wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. And also the credit card surcharge even you wanted to pay with the debit card. The food was average overall. The bánh mì was ok, although it wasn't as good as I would have expected from this chain (very dry and very little ingredients). The cold roll contained a lot of noodles but very few other fillings, making it feel unbalanced and lacking in value. Meal type: Lunch Vegetarian options: Limited

The worst worst worst Vietnamese restaurant I ever had in my life. The staff is bad at English, I said beef roll she gave me beef pho. And it’s 15 AUD for a pho cup with two slices of beef. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had my worst banh mi in my life here (and the most expensive, paid $17.43!!!). The pork banh mi was full of pork crackling (too much) and they were so hard/rigid, they hurt my teeth and jaw. They are not crunchy like how they're supposed to at all. Disappointed and such a waste of money. Heard bad reviews about Rolld already but couldn't imagine it could have been that bad.
