Hi Chris, Thanks for the Uber order and I am sorry you where not satisfied. Yes we got your order wrong and did not minus the mushrooms and olives off the pizza you ordered as requested and as you clearly pointed out to me on the phone. Again I am sorry. I do however draw the line when you start Swearing and being aggressive over the phone. It was not cool. I offered to redo the pizza but you didn’t want to progress the conversation. And as promised before i hung up I called Uber to let them know to refund you for the pizza. Again sorry about the pizza. As to the Sicilian Canoli do you know what ricotta is Chris? I think you where mistakenly expecting custard canoli. That’s not what we sell. We sell traditional Sicilian canoli. ie filled with a sweetened ricotta. We sell these day in, day out, piped fresh to order. You would be pressed to find Sicilian canoli around as lovely as ours! And we always cook our pasta al dente (that means hard to bite Chris) We always aim to keep our customers happy. Unfortunately Chris we didn’t get it quiet right for you and for this we are sorry.
