Rook Coffee

Hey Russell, Thank you so much for reaching out and for taking the time to share your recent experience with us. Please know that we strive to make people truly happy with every interaction, so the experience you have noted is certainly not our norm. We also expect consistent coffee and service to be delivered upon each visit. I have shared the details of your experience with our Area Manager for their review and to identify any areas of retraining if necessary. With all of that being said, we'd love to treat you to your next coffee on us and help you find the perfect brew for you!! Feel free to reach out over at support@rookcoffee.com. Looking forward to hearing from you! Best, Meg at Rook

Hey Slade, Thank you for reaching out! You caught us - no espresso here! We aim for simplicity, with cold brew and hot pour over coffee on our menu. Our team would be happy to help you find something off our menu that may be most suited to your liking. Feel free to shoot a message over to support@rookcoffee.com! Best, Meg at Rook

Thanks, Will! Cheers! :)- Meg at Rook
