I've been going to Jacqui at the Clarins counter for years, and I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else. Her knowledge of the Clarins range is exceptional, and she always takes the time to listen, offer honest advice, and recommend products that genuinely suit my skin and needs. Jacqui is always so friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, making every visit a lovely experience. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and her passion for what she does really shines through. Thanks to her expertise, I've discovered so many fantastic products over the years. A real credit to Clarins and Roomes Store. I can't recommend Jacqui highly enough!

5 stars for the team at Phase 8. They always help me find the nicest dresses and are so friendly and kind, they even hand steamed my new dress today! Thanks ladies.
