I just moved back to Rochelle and had heard about Rosati's from a friend. I loved it...great delivery, great service, and great PIZZA for sure. Good quality and quantity of ingredients, very impressed. Will not go anywhere else from now on! Thanks Rosati's my ne w favorite pizza in town. Food: 5 Service: 5

We are otr drivers and we were late getting off but it didn’t matter we got wonderful food and fast service. To our truck in a loves truck stop. Thank you Price per person: $70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Picked up a $121.84 order from Rosati's in Rochelle: two large cheese pizzas, one large pepperoni, one large BBQ chicken pizza, 15 BBQ wings, and 15 mango habanero wings. Everything was barely warm (wings fully cold), pizzas had skimpy toppings and tasted bland overall. The BBQ chicken pizza was awful—the worst I've had. Wings were cold and lacked flavor and crispness.When placing the phone order, I asked about coupons and was told none were available—yet coupons came with taped to the pizza. For over $120 on pickup, I expected hot, fresh, well-topped food and honest answers. Big disappointment—won't return. Thank you for your response. To clarify a few points: When I called to place the order, I specifically asked about any available coupons, and I was told none were available at that time. Coupons were, however, included with the order when we picked it up—taped to the boxes—which suggests they were in fact available. Regarding timing, I arrived 15 minutes late for pickup (not 30 minutes as stated), and the food was already barely warm to fully cold upon arrival and that doesn't change the bland, subpar pizzas and wings we received. For a $121+ order, I expected good quality, fresh food with generous toppings and good flavor—unfortunately, the pizzas were skimpy on toppings and bland, the BBQ chicken pizza was particularly poor. The pizza was worse than fast-food chains like Little Caesars in my opinion, and the wings lacked crispness, heat, and flavor. We were excited for authentic Rosati's pizza for our family event, but the quality fell far short, and the customer service (including the inaccurate response here) was disappointing. I stand by my original review based on the experience. Hopefully this feedback helps improve things for future customers. Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

So very sorry to hear about your experience, although with you receiving 30 wings, you were of course informed about our Sunday wing special. You were also 30 min late to pick up your food, that may result in the freshness factor. But again, sorry for your experience, good day.
