I had ordered German chocolate/custard doughnuts and for a round cheesecake, but I received a sliced cheesecake, which is not acceptable. If I wanted to order a slice of cheesecake, I would have ordered it from somewhere else. I have placed an order particularly for this because I wanted to surprise with the mini cake cutting celebration for an occasion . Also the “creamy custard filled doughnut “ as claimed by the company is very dry and there is no filling at all just the top . Attached is the picture for your reference even after kids ate it half through there is no filling . This is very disappointing and not acceptable from a well known company like roselle ! We don’t mind paying for quality but please stop cheating your customers in terms of taste and appearance. As it can ruin their whole occasion just like it did ours . Just had a bite of their blueberry cheesecake it’s not even real creamcheese its taste is terrible more like vanilla mouse cake .Such a disappointment never buying or suggesting this to anyone !! Their German chocolate cake was better although it’s full of ganache and a small layer of sponge still much better than the other atleast it’s rich in ganache n has some quality . Have a look at the pictures . I regret placing an order here Food: 1

The cake was clearly not fresh—dry and disappointing. Definitely not worth the ridiculous price I paid. Completely overpriced for the quality. I won’t be coming back. جدا سيء الاكل الي خذيته، و سعره غالي. Food: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: OMR 6–7
