Met up with my daughter here for breakfast last Friday morning. I Have been here several other times but haven't had the chance to review it. My daughter recommended that I try the avocado breakfast with a side order of English muffins. I totally loved it. Very tasty & I most definitely recommend it! The food service and atmosphere are always on point. Nice little place for breakfast in the morning. Our thanks to Noah, our waiter! Five stars across the board I'll definitely be back to try some more of their delicious breakfast options. Thank you very much, Rosemary Cafe! My boyfriend and I went here for breakfast this morning. We were anticipating a great breakfast as this is one of our favorite spots to go to. Today, however, was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We started off by ordering the featured signature s’mores latte and a chai latte, both were not even hot, barely luke warm. We then ordered our usual, 2 steak Benedict’s, Medium Rare which is supposed to be warm and red center. A side of sausage and a side of bacon that we requested to be cooked Medium and NOT crispy. Both Benedict’s came out well done completely brown and cooked through. I sent mine back to be remade and when the refire came out and I cut into it, it was completely RAW and inedible. The side of bacon was overcooked as well and not medium by any means. I ate the bacon because everything else I ordered was inedible. When we asked for the check from the waitress, I saw they took care of the charge for my inedible Benedict but we were charged with everything else plus extra drinks we never had. At that point, I was just done being there. I asked to speak to a manager, but the manager never came to the table. Our bill was $41… for one steak Benedict, a side of sausage, a side of bacon, and coffee drinks; some of which we never even had and all I ended up consuming was a latte and side of bacon I didn’t even enjoy. Our server was attentive and nice so we tipped her accordingly with a 22% tip. When we left the restaurant, I called and asked to speak with a manager to explain my bad experience and concerns with spending $50 there when all I had was a latte and side of bacon; I was told by the host that answered the phone that there was no manager on duty and she couldn’t help me any further. What kind of place doesn’t always have a manager or someone in charge in the restaurant at all times?!?!?! How can you run a business and care about your business if you can’t even show up and be a work to oversee things? If you want raw, uncooked, unseasoned food that causes food poisoning and cold overpriced coffee drinks then this is the place to eat. I’ll never be coming back here again and I will not be recommending this place to anyone I know.
