I recently visited this restaurant on Mother’s Day. Overall, the experience was decent. The food was good and enjoyable, definitely not bad at all—I’ve been to worse places. However, the service suffered due to a shortage of staff. There weren’t enough waiters, and it took a long time for anyone to come and check on our table. While I understand that Mother’s Day is a busy occasion, I believe they should have scheduled more staff to handle the heavy crowd. In summary, the restaurant is decent with good food, but the service could be improved on busy days. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I was really excited for this meal, especially for the price point ($30), but unfortunately the chicken was extremely disappointing. The texture was very rubbery to the point where I couldn’t even take a bite without spitting it out. I’ve honestly never had chicken like that before. That said, the sides were good. The rice and beans, salad, and the sauce the chicken was served in were all enjoyable and ended up being the only parts of the meal I could finish. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. I’m giving two stars because I did appreciate the sides and I like supporting small businesses, but I hope the quality of the chicken can be improved.
