Dont honor promotions but tell you after you spend money, even after asking before hand. Then tell you, " sorry but you can still use it next time" Room leading to restrooms breaks of vomit also. Horrible first time experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came in after seeing a promotion for a $50 match-play offer. When I arrived, I asked the bartender about the promotion and explained that I wanted to make sure I understood the requirements. She told me that I simply needed to play $50 and that I would then receive 50. Afterward after spending 60, I went back and asked about receiving the promotion. The bartender took my ID and returned approximately 15 minutes later with it. She then came back again and said she needed my ID a second time. At this point, it became apparent that she was unsure of how the promotion worked. She eventually contacted a manager, and the manager confirmed that I was correct and that I should have been signed up for a Players Card when I initially came in and asked about the promotion. What was most frustrating was that, even after management confirmed that I had been given incorrect information, nothing was done to correct the situation or honor the promotion. I specifically asked about the requirements before gambling and followed the instructions I was given. There was also a separate issue with the facility. We were planning to get food there, but when I went to use the restroom, the entire restroom smelled strongly of vomit. The smell was so bad that it made us reconsider eating there altogether. Went in for a promo and spent the money for it and they have wrong information and didn’t get the $50 that was said to have been given if you spend $50 on a machine to gamble. Was told that we can keep the flyer and come back but we would have to spend $50 again.
