Super friendly staff that always make for a good experience. I love that they roast the beans the day you place your order. My first order arrived at 7 PM and I had to have a cup that night because it smelled so good and fresh. Well worth the terrible sleep as that was a fantastic cup of coffee and I have been hooked ever since. It is now the only place I get beans for my home coffee. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

My wife and I stumbled into this place by chance. It's on a soft corner in a non-descript corner of St. Paul. You could easily drive right by Roundtable Coffee Works and not give it a second thought - and you'd be missing out. GOOD: * Least pretentious coffee shop I've ever experienced. Menu is short and atmosphere is extremely low key. The dining area is just two tables next to a roasting machine. The counter guy we had was extremely chill. * The coffee here is excellent! If what you are looking for is a basic, high quality cup of coffee, this is the place. BAD: I really can't find anything wrong with this place. If you have a big posse with you or are looking for other coffeehouse staples, like a folk guitar, tempting pastries, and the ambiance of a lot of people on their laptops, I guess you can go to Spyhouse and drink their weak hipster fluid. Roundtable is closed on Sundays. I plan to go there on most any other day that I am in the area.
