If I could leave zero stars, I would. I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. My friend and I were denied service because our IDs allegedly would not scan, despite the fact that we both presented valid, government-issued identification from different states. We have never had any issues with our IDs before, which made this situation feel extremely questionable. What made the experience even more concerning was that the server stated her manager instructed her not to serve us, even after visually confirming that our IDs showed we were of legal age. Being denied bottled service under these circumstances felt unfair and inconsistent. As out-of-town guests, this was our first impression, and unfortunately, it left us feeling uncomfortable and singled out. Given that both of our valid IDs were rejected at the same time, it raised concerns about whether we were treated differently. I normally would not take the time to leave a review, but this experience stood out. I hope management takes a closer look at how situations like this are handled in the future to ensure all guests are treated fairly and respectfully.

Dare I say... I had the best drink of my life at Roxanne's: In Tokyo. So rich, so flavorful. An inspiration for self-indulgence. I ordered 3, and it will be THE first nightlife stop one all subsequent return trips. The smoke show and the fried cheese were also incredible. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–30
