4 Stars for above average cafeteria meals, including excellent fresh veggies (except the corn on the cob; too watery). Also a good selection of prepackaged sandwiches and other items in the refrigerated section. Fresh brewed Starbucks coffee served (not complimentary). Food service is at predefined hours with closure between meal times (not as convenient as it could be). The Mt. Rubidoux Bistro replaces the old main building cafeteria (now an amphitheater), moving it to just off the ground floor lobby in the new G tower at the opposite end of the hospital. To get from one end of the hospital to the other take the elevator to the 4th floor and follow the signs to the G tower. Take the last elevator to the ground floor and again follow the signs to the G tower lobby. The Mt. Rubidoux Bistro is on the far end of the lobby. If the weather is nice take your food to the outdoor patio. Just know the door will lock behind you and you'll need to re-enter through the lobby entrance. Note that if you're visiting someone in the main building and decide to walk outside to get to the G tower during COVID-19 visitor security, don't surrender your visitor badge. Instead tell them you're going to the cafeteria. Otherwise G tower visitor security will send you back to the Main building. Bistro staff, nice job!
